Modern Slavery

This modern slavery and human trafficking statement is a response to Section 51 (1), Part 6 of the Modern Slavery Act 2015 and relates to actions and activities
undertaken by Ilta Ltd. and relates to the year ending November 2024. Ilta Ltd is committed to preventing slavery and human trafficking violations in its own
operation, its manufacturing process and its products. We have zero tolerance towards slavery and require our supply chain to comply with our values.


Organisational Structure


Ilta Ltd has business operations in the United Kingdom, we are engaged in the planning, manufacturing and sales of clothing for domestic and overseas
markets. Our products are manufactured with our partners in India.
Policies


We operate several internal policies to ensure that we are conducting business ethically and transparently. Ilta Ltd is committed to supporting and respecting
the protection of internationally proclaimed human rights and ensuring that neither ourselves nor our business partners are complicit in human rights abuses.
We uphold the freedom of association and recognise the right to collective bargaining while opposing all forms of compulsory and forced labour in our direct
operations and along our supply chain. As an inclusive brand, we are opposed to any form of discrimination, bullying and harassment concerning recruitment,
retention, training, promotion, and appraisal of employees or contractors. This includes discrimination based on gender, race, national origin, sexual
orientation, religion, disability or any other illegal basis. Ilta Ltd complies with local, national and international laws and regulations, as may be applicable, in all
its business operations with integrity, respect and responsibility. We work against corruption in all its forms including bribery and extortion and require all
employees to familiarise themselves with all relevant laws and regulations, including those pertaining to human rights and the prevention of slavery.
The company has primary and day-to-day responsibility for implementing this policy, monitoring its use and effectiveness, dealing with queries and auditing
internal control systems and procedures to ensure they are effective in countering modern slavery.

Due Diligence

As part of our efforts to monitor and reduce the risk of slavery and human trafficking, we are working to support our suppliers in their commitment to
continuously strive for transparency within their supply chain. This includes the following.

  • Monitor potential risks in our business and supply chains.
  • Reduce the risk of slavery and human trafficking in our business and supply chains.

Ilta Ltd takes responsibility for this Modern Slavery Statement and its related objectives and will review and update it as necessary.
