Delivery & Returns


All UK orders are sent via Royal Mail signed and tracked.

Orders to other countries are sent via DHL express.  Fees and duties may apply and will be the responsibility of the customer.

Please contact us if you are in Europe as since Brexit, fees and duty will apply to orders and will be the customers' responsibility to pay.

How do I return my order?

To return an order please email us at with the email subject as your order number, explaining the reason for your return and we will send you instructions on how to return your product.

We can accept returns of items with the original tags attached within 14 days (we also have a strict 14 day return policy for sale items).  We cannot accept items outside of this return window and if items are received that have their tags removed, appear visibly worn or are returned outside of the return window, we will notify you and ask that you arrange shipping of your order back to your address at your own cost. We reserve the right to refuse any returns that do not comply with these requirements.

Please note that hair accessories, face masks & sleeping masks are not returnable or exchangeable.

Once we receive your return, we will process your refund and send you an email confirmation. We will refund you the price you paid for the goods excluding delivery costs, by the method you used for payment. Please note shipping, handling charges and taxes paid are not refundable.

At the moment, we do not offer free domestic or international returns unless your item is faulty. Please ensure for returns inside and outside of the UK your package is prepaid and insured in case of damage. Please remember to save/obtain proof of purchase.

All archive sale items are sold as seen and we’re not able to offer any refunds or exchanges on items purchased at our archive sale. 

 At the moment we do not offer exchanges, we’re happy to accept returns of unworn items with original tags attached within 14 days of the order date. You’d then be able to go ahead and place a new order. 

What if my item is faulty?

We’re sorry to hear this! Please notify us by email at with details and photographs of the product fault and return within 14 days of receipt, we’ll take care of it!
